Calculation example:
For a building in a certain place, Wk is calculated to be 2.2KN/m², and the number of lock points required for a window with a height of 1.2 and a height of 0.6 m: N=1.2×0.6×2.5×2.2/0.8≈5 (pieces)
After determining the number of lock points, you need to select the appropriate hardware category according to the cross-sectional shape of the door and window profiles. Different hardware types, the shape and use of the lock points are not the same. Generally, the hinges or sliding supports of the casement window are regarded as the lock points.

5.How does the door closer adjust the closing force?

step one:
The door closer can only be installed on the upper part of the door leaf close to the hinge. The end of the body with the speed-adjusting screw faces the hinge. Otherwise, the door will not open normally. If it is opened forcibly, the door closer, door leaf and upper door frame will be damaged. , Use four screws to fix the body on the door leaf, then put the lever into the upper end of the gear shaft, install the cap on the other end, and tighten the fastening screws.
Step two:
Install the connecting rod and use two screws to fix the connecting rod on the door frame. The hand-held connecting rod is at right angles to the upper door frame. Loosen the lock nut, adjust the connecting rod to a suitable length, gently move the lever so that the lever pin is inserted into the hole at the end of the connecting rod, and check that the connecting rod is at right angles to the upper door frame. Put on the washer and fasten it with the round head screw. Tighten the nut and the installation is complete.
Step three:
Adjusting the door-closing speed The door-closing speed has been adjusted. If you need to change the speed, turn the speed-adjusting screw as shown in the figure.

6.The structure and principle of the built-in door top door closer

(1) Structure: The built-in door top spring is composed of a hydraulic buffer spring installed on the door leaf, a slideway, a slider and a link installed on the door frame. Since the built-in top door closer is installed in the slot of the door leaf and the door frame, it does not affect the appearance of the door when the door is closed. It is suitable for the door of high-end hotel guest rooms.

(2) Principle: The hydraulic buffer spring gives the link a restoring moment, which causes the link to rotate away from the hinge, thereby driving the slider to move away from the hinge in the slideway at the same time to achieve the purpose of closing the door. There is a temporary locking card at the front end of the slideway. When the door leaf is opened to the right-angle position, the sliding block moves to the side close to the hinge, and the locking card is inserted into the tongue-shaped groove at the front end of the sliding block, so that the door is temporarily locked in this position.

7.What problems should be paid attention to when adjusting the closing force of the door closer?

(1) Exterior door top door closers are not suitable for two-way opening doors.
(2) The speed adjusting screw controls the opening and closing speed of the door. Clockwise rotation is slow, counterclockwise rotation is fast.
(3) Other screws and sealing parts should not be twisted at will to prevent oil leakage.
